Submit a Return Request

Log into your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Shipment

Carefully repackage the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to avoid damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print your prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and securely attach it to the outside of the carton, clearly marking the RMA number on the package.

Inspection and Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality standards, we will process your refund or credit your account within 7-10 business days.
